Supermodel Gigi Hadid is still not over Mumbai. On Day 2 of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) Gala, Gigi made a striking appearance as she graced the pink carpet. The 27-year-old model wore a Chikankari saree and a jewelled blouse for the grand occasion. Now, expressing gratitide to the ace designer duo, Abujani Sandeep Khosla, Hadid shared a series of pictures from the NMACC gala. Among the pics, one featured her posing alongsite B-town star Shah Rukh Khan. She also posed for a pic with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her daughter Aaradhya.
Lauding the NMACC Gala, Gigi Hadid took to her Instagram handle and wrote, "The @nmacc.india Gala was a celebration of Indian craftsmanship, and its inspiration on fashion internationally, with the opening of the exhibit “India in Fashion: The Impact of Indian Dress and Textiles on the Fashionable Imagination,” curated by the iconic @hamishbowles!"

She also paid tribute to Abujani Sandeep Khosla for designing a Chikankari saree for her. She wrote, "It was my honor and joy to showcase this masterpiece designed by @abujanisandeepkhosla this Chikankari sari was made in the Lucknow region of India, and took a year to make."
She further thanked the women artisans who worked on the six yards. "Each woman who crafted it specializes in a differently stitch truly remarkable workmanship .. I’ll never forget it," wrote Gigi.
The thigh-high slit on the side of Gigi Hadid's Chikankari saree is adorned with elaborate flower pattern embroidery, glittering sequins, and wide golden patti borders embellished with taar, sequin, and bead embellishments. She added a jewel-encrusted crop blouse with gilded shoulders and a plunging neckline to the pre-draped outfit to complete the look.
