Om-1995
'Om' stood out to be a game changer for the Kannada cinema and features Shiva Rajkumar in an intense new avatar which made a solid impact on the audience. The film was helmed by Upendra and also inspired by the life of a real person, turning into a cult classic.
Anand- 1986
The film marked Shiva Rajkumar's big-screen debut and is known to be one of the most renowned and successful Kannada films of all time. It was a runaway hit and was in theaters for 38 weeks creating havoc amongst his fans. The actor grabbed tons of attention because of his lively dance numbers in the film.
Jogi- 2005
Released in 2005, it became the highest-grossing film of the year with the audience appreciating the dialogues and screenplay of the film. It had a strong cast including Jennifer Kotwal, Ramesh Bhatt, and Arundhati Nag, and was later remade in Telugu, titled 'Yogi', and in Tamil, titled 'Parattai Engira Azhagu Sundaram.' However, both films proved to be commercial failures.
AK47-1999
'AK47' was an impressive action film emerging as a big hit at the box office. The film was helmed by Om Prakash Rao and starred Girish Karnad, Srividya, and Om Puri in pivotal roles. The film had quite a few punchlines which created a huge impact on the audience.
Bhajarangi-2013
