New Delhi | Jagran Entertainment Desk: Superstar Shah Rukh Khan who is famous for romantic acts across the last three decades in Bollywood industry is celebrating his 54th birthday on Saturday (November 2). The actor started off the day by taking out some time for the fans waiting outside his home 'Mannat' for a glimpse of the superstar. As we celebrate the 54th birthday of Shah Rukh Khan, here's how B-Town celebrities wished him on social media.

Filmmaker Karan Johar shared a series of old pictures with Shah Rukh on Instagram expressing how the actor has influenced him. "Happy birthday Bhai @iamsrk.... I am not sure words are the best way to describe certain relationships... especially those that have such powerful silences...you have always been such a tremendous influence in my life! Like the best preacher teacher I have had the honour of calling my family...my journey with you will always be the best phase of my career and life and there is still so much more to come...thank you for being you...thank you for always being there for mom and me and now our little ones...thank you for being my fathers best friend and my older brother for life!!! I love you more than you will ever know...."

Actor Siddharth Malhotra sent out his wishes to Shahrukh thanking him for the inspiration. "Happy bday @iamsrk sir wish u a wonderful day and years till 106 and beyond :) you are and always will be the Epitome of romance and romantic heroes for all of us! Thank u for everything #HappyBirthdaySRK"

Actress Isha Koppikar shared an image with Shah Rukh and labelled him as her favourite costar. "Happy birthday to one of my favourite costar and an amazing human being @iamsrk. May you continue to charm us and the audience with your charismatic personality! Lots of love!! On the work, the actor is taking a break from movies after his previous film 'Zero' failed at the box office."

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in 'Zero'-- opposite Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif. As of now, he is taking a break from movies as his latest releases-- Zero, Jab Harry Met Sejal and Raees including Zero failed to perform at the box office.
