In September, the 2024 IIFA Awards ceremony was a night to remember, thanks in large part to the infectious energy and charisma of Shah Rukh Khan, who co-hosted the event alongside Vicky Kaushal. As clips flooded Instagram and X (formerly Twitter), fans were treated to a glimpse of Shah Rukh's unstoppable enthusiasm and joy. The Bollywood superstar was in his element, letting loose and having an absolute blast alongside his colleagues and friends.
From busting a move to the catchy beats of Oo Antava and Jhoome Jo Pathaan to leaving the audience in stitches with his quick-witted jokes, Shah Rukh's irrepressible spirit was on full display. His effortless charm and trademark humour had everyone giggling, making the evening an unforgettable experience for all in attendance. But the night only got sweeter for Shah Rukh, as he took home the prestigious Best Actor award for his remarkable performance in Jawan.
In his acceptance speech, SRK said, “I want to thank all other nominees -- Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor, Vikrant Massey -- he was great in the film -- Vicky Kaushal, Sunny Paji. I think all of them were great, but I got an edge because people were happy that I worked after so long.”
