He holds the distinction of being the youngest and second-most credited songwriter in the association. According to lifestyleasia-onemega.com, RM resides in a luxurious apartment in The Hill, which he purchased for $4 million, spanning an area of 3,060 square feet. He had previously shared a glimpse into his home by giving fans a tour, showcasing his personal space through a video.

BTS' Jin

BTS' Jin owns two apartments in Hannam's The Hill complex, one gifted to his parents and the other his current residence, valued at approximately $3.7 million (4.3 billion won). According to Koreaboo.cpm, the 206.21 sqm flat is located in the same complex as RM's home, making them neighbours. Due to security concerns, exact photos of Jin's apartment aren't available, but glimpses of his bright, white-walled room with grey curtains were seen in a live gaming session.

BTS' JHope

According to Times Now, BTS' JHope owns a Seoul apartment bought for 1.4 billion won (now valued at 2.4 billion won) and a family home in Gwangju. The Gwangju house features a meaningful "Hope World" mural, a gift from his parents, and boasts a spacious living room with an open kitchen, dining area, and spiral stairway.

BTS' V

According to Financial Express, globally renowned Kpop star V (Kim Tae-hyung) owns a luxurious penthouse in Seoul's upscale Gangnam area, valued at $5 million. His stylish living room, with white walls and natural light, features hanging lights, orange-hued wall lights, and indoor plants, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance that doubles as a dining space.

BTS' Jimin

BTS' Jimin owns a luxurious home in Seoul's affluent Nine One Hannam complex, valued at $5.3 million and spanning 293 sqm, making it one of the most expensive homes among the band members.

BTS' Jungkook

The youngest BTS member, Jeon Jung-kook, has upgraded his living arrangements from a luxurious Seoul Forest Trimage apartment (bought for 1.95 billion won in 2018 and sold for 2.5 billion won in 2020) to a stunning villa in Brunnen Cheongdam, Seoul.
