‘Jailer’ hit the theatres on Thursday. The film stars Rajinikanth in the lead role, while Mohanlal, Tamannaah Bhatia, Jackie Shroff and more appear in supporting roles. Since its release, the film has been creating havoc at the Box Office. In just three days, ‘Jailer’ raked in over Rs 100 crore in India. 

According to Sacnilk.com, ‘Jailer’ has earned Rs 33.25 crore net on Day 4 in India which has raised the film’s box office collection in India to Rs 141.1 crore. The report further stated that the Rajinikanth’s actioner has raked in Rs 250 crore worldwide. It is pertinent to note that official breakdown is yet to be revealed.

Trade Analyst Ramesh Bala took to his X account and revealed that Jailer performed well in the US. He tweeted, “##Jailer has so far, done $830K in USA on Saturday.. Total - $3.17 Million.”

The 2023 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film 'Jailer' has been directed by Nelson and produced by Kalanithi Maran of Sun Pictures. Apart from Rajinikanth, 'Jailer' also stars Vinayakan, Ramya Krishnan, Vasanth Ravi, Sunil, Mirnaa Menon in supporting roles. Mohanlal, Jackie Shroff, Shiva Rajkumar and Tamannaah Bhatia make cameo appearances.

According to rumors, Netflix may be the favorite to win the streaming rights to the film. Alternately, the production firm might keep the digital rights for Sun NXT, its own streaming service.
