Jaya Bachchan, who is known for her assertive approach towards the paparazzi, encountered a heated moment at the much-anticipated premiere of 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' in Mumbai. Accompanied by her son Abhishek Bachchan and daughter Shweta Bachchan, she graced the screening. The incident was caught on camera, capturing Jaya firmly expressing her disapproval towards the photographers for loudly calling out her name.
Radiant in a mesmerizing red ethnic ensemble, the veteran actress graced the event with elegance. While she chose to skip the red carpet, she patiently awaited her children's arrival. However, when the paparazzi started calling out her name, and urging her to pose, Jaya promptly shut them down, visibly annoyed by their constant shouting. She said, "I am not deaf. Chilao maat, aaram se baat karo (Don’t shout, talk softly)."

This project marks Karan Johar's comeback to directing after a seven-year gap.
