Kajal Karthika OTT Release: Kajal Aggarwal teamed up with Regina Cassandra for the Tamil horror movie 'Karungaapiyam'. The movie received mixed responses from the audience and was released in Telugu as 'Kajal Karthika'. Its Telugu version was finally released on the OTT platform a year after its theatrical release. The movie revolves around Karthika, who decides to spend time at a 100-year-old library to divert and heal from a heartbreak.

'Kajal Karthika' is now streaming on Aha. The original Tamil movie is already streaming on Prime Video.
Apart from Kajal Aggarwal and Regina Cassandra, the movie also stars Janani Iyer, Raiza Wilson, Noyrika Bhatheja, Kalaiyarasan, Yogi Babu, Karunakaran, Lollu Sabha Manohar, John Vijay, Sha Ra, Aadhav Kannadasan, VJ Parvathy, TSK, Sherlin Seth, Kutty Gopi in the pivotal roles.
On the work front, Kajal was last seen in 'Bhagavanth Kesari' along with Nandamuri Balakrishna, Sreeleela and Arjun Rampal. At the promotional interview, Kajal shared her experience working with director Anil Ravipudi and said, "I think Anil is a wonderful person, and I had a great time working with him. He has become a very good friend now, and we’ve created some amazing memories. He would keep bringing me food from his house. That was my favourite part of working with him.”
She will next star in 'Indian 2' along with Kamal Haasan, S J Suryah, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, Gulshan Grover and Zakir Hussain. The movie will release in June 2024 and will be directed by S Shankar.
Kajal is also working on 'Uma' and 'Satyabhama'.
