Karan Johar is finally bringing back his iconic show, ‘Koffee With Karan’ with a brand new season eight. Fans are now eagerly waiting to witness the actors and personalities set to feature in this season. On Monday, Karan Johar shared another update of the show, announcing the premier date of the talk show, and also gave a hint that this time the couch will feature his ‘friends’ and enemies’ both. ‘Koffee With Karan’ Season 8 will premiere on October 26.
Sharing the new promo on his Instagram handle, Karan Johar spoke about ‘Konscience’ or his alter ego over the phone and opened up on the fact that he is making the guest list for the show. Giving a slyish hint he said that he will be welcoming his enemies, non-star kids, and also single people among others.

In the first promo, Karan Johar took a dig at himself and said, “This time on season 8, why don’t I just call my enemies?” To this, his Konscience replied, “Then the season will go on till you’re 80.” Karan then said, “Why don’t I then not call star kids?” His Konscience said, “Okay fine, there’s no season then, toodles!” Lastly, Karan suggests, “Why don’t I just call single people and get them married?” He is told, “You’ve matched everyone already, Karan. Only you’re left.”
The new promo quickly went viral on Instagram with fans flooding the comment section. One user wrote, “@karanjohar Kangana maybe.” Another wrote, “@karanjohar Pls invite Varun and Shraddha together this time .” One more person wrote, “Love how you can make fun of yourself.
Towards the end of the promo, the filmmaker announced the coming of the series at the end of October. The talk show is available to witness on Star World and also on Disney Plus Hotstar.
