Vicky Kaushal and Tripti Dimri led Karan Johar's next film's official title was revealed by the makers today where the film is to be titled 'Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam.' The film is directed by Anand Tiwari and is touted to be a romantic comedy to be released on August 25, 2023, coinciding with Raksha Bandhan week.
The film also features actor-singer Ammy Virk where earlier the film was titled 'Raula' but now the makers of the film have released the official title of the film. Karam Johar along with his partners at Prime Video and Leo Media Collectively announced the new title of the film.

According to a report by Pinkvilla, the director of the film Anand Tiwari said, "The title has a meaning to the subject, which one would know as the makers begin to roll out the promotional assets. The makers got the idea of this title by taking a cue from the lyrics of an iconic Shah Rukh Khan song – Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam – from Duplicate."
The report also stated that the film will be based on the principle of a love triangle where the characters of Vicky Kaushal, Tripti Dimri, and Ammy Virk will be revolved around.
The film is set to release on August 25 and the assets will start rolling by the second half of July. The romantic comedy revolves around a quirky plot with interesting characters wrapped around. The ensemble casts are yet to be announced which are also promised to be highly interesting. The film is currently in the post-production stage where the edit is expected to be locked soon.

Talking about Vicky Kaushal's professional front, the actor will soon be seen in Dinesh Vijan's next film tentatively titled 'Lukka Chuppi 2.' He will also be seen in Lanman Uttekar's directorial with Sara Ali Khan, where the duo will be gracing the screen for the first time. The film will be released on June 2, 2023, where the makers are set to launch the trailer on May 15.

On the other hand, Tripti Dimri will next be seen in Sandeep Vanga Reddy's 'Animal' alongside Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol.
