New Delhi l Jagran Entertainment Desk: The Centre on Monday scrapped the special status enjoyed by Jammu and Kashmir by revoking Article 370, a resolution was also passed in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday. Narendra Modi led BJP government had taken the move to abrogate the special status enjoyed by J&K under Article 370 and J&K reorganisation bill, 2019 to divide it into two union territories, J&K and Ladakh.

A day after the resolution passed in Lok Sabha, Bollywood filmmakers are racing to claim the film title on the same.

After the announcement, around 20 to 30 producers have approached the Indian Motion Pictures Producers Association to register the titles of 'Article 370' and 'Article 35A', as per reports.

Other titles by the producers include 'Kashmir Humara Hai' and Dhara 370, Dhara 35A, The Quint stated.

The Association is yet to approve applications and a decision on the above will be made shortly.

Earlier this year, Pulwama terror attack did take place in which 40 CRPFs were killed and several others injured. At that time there was a rush to register movies such as 'Pulwama', 'Abhinandan' and 'Balakot'.

Other film titles applied for the association's registration included Zero Mercy Pulwama’, ‘Surgical Strike 2.0’, ‘The Air Strike Of Pulwama’, ‘India Strikes Back’, ‘14th Feb 2019 Pulwama Attack, ‘Surgical Strike 2.0 Code Pulwama’, ‘‘Indian Strikes Code Pulwama’ and ‘The Air Strike'.
