Kiara Advani, who completed 10 years in the Bollywood industry, recently attended the meet and greet session with her fans. She revisited her Indian Idol performance and made fun of her singing skills. Kiara recalled that her husband and actor Sidharth Malhotra said that she has the guts to sing. The actress said that she tried to sing from her heart which mattered the most for her above everything. 

While watching the clip of the finale episode of Indian Idol, Kiara said “It was so bad, uske baad I would never (It was so bad, after this I would never…). Gaane ke baad Sidharth said ‘You have guts. Grand Finale me tumne koshish kiya' (After the song, Sidharth said, ‘You have guts. You tried to sing in Grand Finale’).” Suddenly mera sur off ho gaya, but I understand. But the thing is you do it from your heart and that's what matters.”

Kiara Advani took to her Instagram and shared a video which has a glimpse of the 10-year celebration with fans. She captioned, “13th June 2014. 10 years and it feels like it was just yesterday.. I’m still that girl, deep down in my heart who gets excited to perform for her family.. only now my family is much bigger as each one of you is a part of it. Grateful for all the blessings, the prayers, the love, the dreams, the experiences, the memories, the smiles, the tears, the learnings, the journey, the movies, the characters I get to play ,my directors, producers, co-actors, mentors, teachers, critics , the audience, my family, my fans and to each one of you who has made this dream come true! Thank you for your continued support and love.”

On the work front, Kiara will be next seen in Game Changer. Shanmugam Shankar directorial also stars Ram Charan, Jayaram, SJ Surya, Dil Raju, Naveen Chandra and Nassar in key roles. The movie is scheduled to be released in theatres on September this year.
