Kim Soo-Hyun Dating Controversy: Kim Soo-Hyun held a press conference on Monday to respond to criticism about his connections to late Kim Sae-Ron, along with his attorney, Kim Jong-Bok.

Kim Soo Hyun began by apologising at the press conference. He broke down and requested everyone to let the late actress rest. "Firstly, I am sorry. Because of me, I think so many people are suffering. And also I feel sorry that the late actor isn’t able to rest in peace, " said the Korean actor.

Kim Soo Hyun went on to call himself 'coward' while addressing the dating controversy. "I consider myself a coward. I have always been too preoccupied with holding on to what I have. I couldn’t even trust the goodwill that came my way, always fearing loss, harm and running away, denying everything. That’s why it took me so long to stand here today, " he added. 

Kim Soo-Hyun admitted to not accepting his one year long relationship with Kim Sae-Ron. "But, it is not true that I dated her when she was underage. It is also not true that she made the fatal decision due to financial pressure from my agency. It took me so long to finally stand here. Whenever my private life was exposed, I was thinking, 'Let's share it all tomorrow,' or 'Let's end this hellish situation, " he revealed. 

For the unversed, Kim Soo-Hyun denied dating Sae-Ron when she was a minor following harsh accusations against him from her family and the YouTube channel Garosero Institute.

Kim Soo Hyun's agency, Goldmedalist revealed that the actor would speak at a news conference at the Stanford Hotel in western Seoul about the issue surrounding their connection. Kim Jong-bok, an attorney from LKB & Partners, will also be present at the conference at 4:30 PM. The agency also clarified that Kim Soo-Hyun will not be answering any questions from reporters.
