The dating rumours surrounding Kim Soo-Hyun and Kim Sae-Ron have taken a dramatic new twist following the viral circulation of a nude photo of the Queen of Tears actor. This shocking image, which shows Soo-Hyun without clothes while doing the dishes, quickly caught the attention of netizens, sparking widespread speculation. It didn’t take long for online sleuths to piece together that the photo, originally believed to be an innocent moment from Soo-Hyun's life, was actually taken at Sae-Ron’s apartment. In a further development that has stoked the flames of this already sensational scandal, new information has come to light. According to reports, Sae-Ron’s family recently uncovered a series of threatening letters allegedly sent by representatives of Kim Soo-Hyun's agency, Gold Medalist. 

Following the initial formal letters sent to Kim Sae-Ron, the late actress reportedly sent a text message to Kim Soo-Hyun, pleading with him to let her live. However, instead of responding to her message, Kim Soo-Hyun's agency, Gold Medalist, sent a second set of letters on March 25, 2024. These letters explicitly forbade Kim Sae-Ron from communicating with Kim Soo-Hyun and other actors affiliated with the agency. Furthermore, the letters warned her against posting any pictures of them online, threatening legal action if she failed to comply. According to Kim Sae-Ron's attorney, the letters also reiterated the demand for her to settle her debt within a specified timeframe, emphasising that the agency could potentially be held liable for embezzlement if she failed to do so.

Sae-Ron’s family attorney further said, “The only reason Kim Sae-ron posted the picture of herself and her former lover Kim Soo-hyun on March 24, 2024, was because she had hoped that he would have nothing to do with the official letter pushing her to pay her debt.” He continued, "She posted the picture after she contacted him but did not hear back. Lee Jin-ho, in favour of whoever it was, denied their relationship and spread lies that made her look like a very strange woman. He pushed her to a state of excruciating mental pain that led her to an extreme choice."

“We would have pressed charges for murder if we could, but defamation isn't considered a method of killing by the law, so we can, sadly, only hope that the court links the death of Kim Sae-ron to YouTuber Lee Jin-ho's defamation," the attorney said, adding, "but Lee Jin-ho wasn't alone in his actions. There's a cartel of reporters, lawyers and agencies involved."

"The second letter sent by Gold Medalist isn't legal proof, but if the public saw the contents of the second paper, then the vast majority would realise that there is a connection between Kim Soo-hyun and the death of Kim Sae-ron," he stated.

At the press conference, Hoverlab's Kim criticised Kim Soo-Hyun's statement on Kim Sae-Ron, saying it implied she did something wrong. Kim also revealed having more photos of Soo-Hyun and threatened to release them with the family's consent.
