Konkona Sen Sharma is undeniably one of Bollywood's most talented actresses, having portrayed several iconic characters adored by fans. It's well-known that she parted ways with her ex-husband, Ranvir Shorey, with their divorce finalised in 2020. Fans were taken by surprise when whispers began circulating about her rumoured relationship with Amol Parashar. Interestingly, even Ranvir, appeared to acknowledge the speculation, adding to the intrigue. A recent comment by him on a post on Twitter seems to lend credence to these rumours.

Konkana Sen Sharma Dating Amol Parashar

Some time ago, rumours began circulating on the internet about actress' alleged relationship with Amol. The duo's on-screen chemistry in the film garnered praise, leading many to speculate that their bond extended beyond friendship. Recent developments seem to support these rumours, as Konkona's ex-husband, Ranvir Shorey, seemingly confirmed the speculation on his X handle after a parody account under the name Dr. Nimo Yadav Commentary shared a picture of Amol's Instagram story discussing a political event.

In the tweet, Nimo stated, "Konkana Sen Sharma took the best decision to leave Modi bhakt Ranvir Shorey and date Secular Amol Parashar." Ranvir responded, "I agree." The actor's reaction has been interpreted as a confirmation to the rumoured romance. Surprised by the same, a fan expressed surprised, "Konkona is dating Amol?? When did this happen?"

Neither Konkana nor Amol has directly addressed the rumours, opting to remain silent on the topic.

Konkana's work front

Konkana Sen Sharma's latest appearance was in the web series 'Killer Soup,' co-starring Manoj Bajpayee. Directed by Abhishek Chaubey, the series also featured Nasser, Sayaji Shinde, and Anula Navlekar, among others. Additionally, Konkana directed a short film for the Netflix anthology series 'Lust Stories 2,' which received favourable reviews. She is also part of Anurag Basu's 'Metro In Dino,' alongside Aditya Roy Kapur, Sara Ali Khan, Pankaj Tripathi, and others.

Throughout her career, Konkona has portrayed a wide range of characters, often delving into complex and nuanced roles. Some of her notable films include 'Mr. and Mrs. Iyer', 'Page 3, 'Omkara, 'Life in a... Metro', 'Wake Up Sid', 'Lipstick Under My Burkha' and 'Talvar', among others. Apart from acting, she has also ventured into directing. She made her directorial debut with the critically acclaimed film 'A Death in the Gunj', which received praise for its storytelling and performances.
