Kushi Box Office Collection Day 10: Vijay Deverakonda-Samantha Ruth Prabhu Led Rom-Com Records A Final Adieu After Jawan’s Entry

‘Kushi’ stars Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha Ruth Prabhu in lead roles, and hit theatres on September 1. Completing a 10 days run at the box office, ‘Kushi’ is set to say its final goodbyes, with the arrival of Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jawan.’ ‘Kushi’ opened up to positive numbers at the box office, and also received positive reviews from fans and critics. The exceptional chemistry between the leading actors was hailed by the public, whereas the venture marks their second collaboration after ‘Mahanati.’

However, now ‘Kushi’s earnings have reduced to lakhs, with the film minting Rs 65 Lakh on Day 10. The film is inching towards crossing Rs 50 Crore mark in India, however, with the super-slow track, ‘Kushi’ is likely to be pulled out of theatres soon. The total domestic box office collection of the film stands around Rs 43.44 Crore.

The box office earnings of the film started to witness a decline from Monday itself. However, on Thursday, with the entry of ‘Jawan’, the theatrical outlets saw no audience for ‘Kushi.’ The film has been released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. The storyline of ‘Kushi’ revolves around a couple, who gets married without the consent of their family and deals with the challenges of a relationship post marriage. The new-age love story was hailed by the critics and audience.
