Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi provides detailed instructions on the cuisine to be prepared and outlines the necessary ingredients and steps for each dish. During the episodes, contestants typically have forty-five minutes to an hour to complete their cooking. Once the dishes are ready, both hosts visit each cooking station to taste the food and offer their feedback. The couple who delivers the best dish earns two golden stars, one for each member of the pair.
