In a surprising turn of events, Pakistani actor Mahira Khan got married to businessman Salim Karim. On Tuesday, she took to her Instagram handle and shared the first glimpse from her big day. The ‘Raees’ actor looked gorgeous in a white-coloured lehenga adorned with a long veil, while Karim looked regal in a black-coloured sherwani matched with a green turban. Sharing a picture, Mahira Khan wrote in the caption, “Bismillah, Thank you Thank God.”

She also shared a video of her wedding ceremony and wrote, “My Shehzada, Salim.” The clip starts with Mahira’s entry with a sound being played in the background, “My Mahira, she is a very spiritual woman and because of her, I have become spiritual.” The clip featured the couple getting emotional several times after looking at each other.

Mahira Khan was previously married to Ali Askari. The duo parted ways in 2015. From this union, the couple shares the responsibility and joy of parenthood, their cherished bond culminating in the birth of their son, Azlan, who has now blossomed into a bright 13-year-old.
