Manamey Box Office Collection Day 1: Sharwanand's latest romantic comedy, starring Krithi Shetty and directed by Sriram Adittya, premiered worldwide on June 7. The film garnered mixed reactions upon its theatrical release, with reports suggesting a lukewarm response to the USA premieres. Manamey delves into the life of a carefree individual whose world undergoes a significant transformation when a young boy enters his life. Through its narrative, the movie explores themes of family, love, responsibility, and personal growth.

Manamey Box Office Report

Manamey earned around Rs 2 crore net in India on its first day, based on early estimates. The film experienced an overall Telugu occupancy rate of 27.34% on Friday, June 7, 2024. Morning shows had an occupancy rate of 22.19%, afternoon shows saw 23.19%, evening shows increased to 26.26%, and night shows peaked at 37.73%. This data indicates a progressively stronger audience turnout as the day progressed, culminating in the highest attendance during the night shows.

Manamey Budget

Manamey is reported to have been made on an overall budget of Rs 24 crores, inclusive of promotion costs. The film was released on 500 screens in Andhra Pradesh/Telangana and 650 screens worldwide. Prior to its release, Manamey had a pre-release business of Rs 10 crores for Andhra Pradesh/Telangana and Rs 12 crores worldwide.

About Manamey

Directed by Sriram Adittya, the film is a heartwarming family drama that delves into the complexities of parenthood as the protagonists navigate the challenges of caring for a toddler, portrayed by Vikram Adittya.

The film centers around Vikram, played by Sharwanand, a carefree and charming resident of London, and Subadra, played by Kriti Shetty. Their lives take an unexpected turn following the tragic deaths of Vikram's friend Anurag, portrayed by Adith Ram, and Anurag's wife Shanti, who leave behind their two-year-old son, Kushi. Suddenly burdened with the responsibility of nurturing young Kushi, Vikram and Subadra embark on an unanticipated journey of caregiving, exploring themes of family, love, and responsibility.
