Moana 2 OTT Release: The popular animated movie, which crossed USD 1 billion mark at the global box office, made its silent debut on OTT recently. The film shows the journey of Moana and the challenges that she faces to fight against her fear. The storyline of the film won the hearts of the audience in theatres and now is all set to do the same in the digital space. It was initially released in theatres on November 29, 2024 and had a box office collection of USD 1.027 billion.
Moana 2 OTT Release Update
The movie made its debut on Prime Video but with a twist. The film is available on rent on the popular OTT platform. Viewers can watch the movie on Prime Video by paying Rs 389. It also available on rent on other platforms like Apple + and YouTube TV.
As per reports, the movie will be available for free on Disney + Hotstar but in March. The free streaming date is yet to be announced by the makers.

About Moana 2
The story begins from the time, when Moana gets an unexpected call from her wayfinding ancestors. After which she embarks on a journey to the far seas of Oceania, which challenges her in the long-lost waters. The film stars Dwayne Johnson, Nicole Scherzinger, Awhimai Fraser, Rose Matafeo, Alan Tudyk and Rachel House in key roles. It has been directed by Dana Ledoux Miller, Jason Hand and David Derrick Jr. The movie has been also produced by Christina Chen and Yvett Merino. The sequel was released three years after the first part.
