January 2026 OTT Releases
The Night Manager 2 (January 11, Prime Video)
Tom Hiddleston is set to reprise his role as Jonathan Pine, the former British soldier whose journey takes him from a hotel night manager to a deeply embedded spy. The Night Manager is going to start streaming on Amazon Prime Video from January 11, 2026. The streaming platform announced on Instagram, "Some returns are worth the wait. Watch the new season of The Night Manager starting January 11."
HAQ (January 2, Netflix)
HAQ, starring Emraan Hashmi and Yami Gautam, is all set for its OTT release. The movie received positive reviews from fans and critics alike upon its release, but it underperformed at the box office. The film is inspired by the landmark Supreme Court judgement of Mohd. Ahmed Khan v. Shah Bano Begum, which dealt with matrimonial issues of Muslim households. HAQ is all set to stream on Netflix from January 2, 2026.
Bridgerton Season 4 (January 29, Netflix)
The romantic drama centres on Benedict Bridgerton (Luke Thompson), a free-spirited artist who is captivated by a mysterious woman in silver at a masquerade ball. She is revealed to be Sophie Baek, portrayed by Yerin Ha — a resilient maid burdened by a troubled past and a concealed noble heritage that sets the stage for a sweeping love story.
De De Pyaar De 2 (January 9, Netflix)
The romantic comedy stars Ajay Devgn as Ashish and Rakul Preet Singh as Ayesha, his significantly younger partner. After discovering their soulmate connection in the first film, the couple seeks Ayesha’s parents’ approval, who initially agree but later attempt to sabotage the relationship by presenting Aditya (Meezaan Jafri) as a more suitable match for her.

Master Chef India Season 9 (January 5, SonyLIV)
MasterChef India is returning with a new season. This resurgence has stirred up a lot of excitement, especially among viewers who love the cooking competition and have been eagerly waiting for its comeback. The show is officially returning—and this time, it will be judged by three of India’s most celebrated chefs: Vikas Khanna, Ranveer Brar and Kunal Kapur. The show will start on January 5, 2026. Fans can catch the show on Sony Entertainment Television at 9 PM, Monday to Friday. It will also be streamed on Sony LIV.
Dhurandhar (January 31, Netflix)
According to reports, the makers of Dhurandhar have locked in a major OTT deal. According to Bollywood Hungama, Netflix has acquired the digital streaming rights for Dhurandhar and its upcoming sequel for a combined Rs 130 crore. The film is reportedly making its OTT debut on January 31, 2026.
Mowgli 2025 (January 1, ETV Win)
Mowgli is a 2025 Indian Telugu-language romantic action film written and directed by Sandeep Raj. The film features Roshan Karthik Kanakala, Sakkshi Mhadolkar and Bandi Saroj Kumar in key roles, and was released theatrically on December 13, 2025.
Mastiii 4 (January 16, Zee5)
Mastiii 4 (Fun 4), released on November 21, 2025, is a Hindi-language sex comedy directed by Milap Zaveri and produced by Balaji Motion Pictures, Maruti International and Sri Adhikari Brothers. The fourth instalment of the Masti franchise stars Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi and Aftab Shivdasani, but was panned by critics and performed poorly at the box office, earning Rs 15 crore worldwide and becoming the lowest-grossing film in the series.
Tere Ishk Mein (January 23, Netflix)
Tere Ishk Mein is a 2025 Hindi-language romantic drama directed by Aanand L. Rai, with a screenplay by Himanshu Sharma and Neeraj Yadav. Serving as a spiritual sequel to Raanjhanaa (2013), the film stars Dhanush and Kriti Sanon and revolves around Shankar, whose relationship with Mukti begins as she pursues her PhD research on him. After Mukti ends the romance and moves on, Shankar enlists in the Indian Air Force, only for their unfinished emotional history to resurface years later when fate brings them face to face again. The movie is expected to stream on Netflix from January 23, 2026.
120 Bahadur (January 16, Prime Video)
The patriotic drama 120 Bahadur, inspired by the 1962 Battle of Rezang La, highlights the bravery and sacrifice of the Indian Army, with Farhan Akhtar portraying Major Shaitan Singh Bhati. Widely appreciated for its intent and performances despite a modest theatrical run, the film is set to premiere on Prime Video on January 16.
