Music School OTT Premiere: 'Music School,' a musical that centres on a child's desire to pursue their passions and interests outside of academics, has been crafted, directed, and produced by Paparao Biyyala, a well-known bureaucrat. Sharman Joshi, Shriya Saran, and Shaan took on the lead roles in the movie, which has been produced by Yamini Films. It was made simultaneously in both Hindi and Telugu and was subsequently dubbed into other languages.

The movie made its theatrical debut in various languages on May 12 and received decent reviews from critics, but it garnered a relatively subdued response from the cinema audience. Approximately four months following its theatrical release, 'Music School' is now available on an OTT platform. Amazon Prime Video secured the streaming rights for the Hindi version after its theatrical run and opted to showcase the film this weekend.

The musical features a diverse ensemble cast that includes Gracy Goswami, Ozu Barua, Prakash Raj, Benjamin Gilani, Suhasini Mulay, Bugs Bhargava, Leela Samson, Mona Ambegaonkar, Srikanth Iyengar, Vinay Varma, Phani Eggone, Vaquar Shaikh, Karthikeya Chowdary Gadde, Vivan Jain Munoth, Olivia Charan, G Rohan Roy, Aadhya Panditharadhyula, Siddiksha, and Kushee Soni.

The plot centres on the challenges faced by a school's drama teacher and music teacher as they endeavour to convince parents of young students about the importance of extracurricular activities. At the school, Manoj (played by Sharman Joshi), responsible for teaching drama, is joined by a new music instructor named Mary D'Cruz (portrayed by Shriya Saran). To understand the extent to which they emphasise the importance of extracurricular activities in the children's lives, one must watch the movie.

Ilaiyaraaja composed the film's music, while Kiran Deohans served as the cinematographer. Rajeev Nair held the position of art director, and Manan Sagar was responsible for editing. The songs were choreographed by Adam Murray, Chinni Prakash, and Raju Sundaram, and Shivani Tibrewala and Vinay Varma penned the Hindi dialogues. Akshay Balsaraf acted as the executive producer, with Venkat Siddareddy and Mahendra Sisodia serving as creative producers. Additionally, Yamini Rao held the role of associate producer.
