The first poster for the highly anticipated Kdrama My Dearest Nemesis has been unveiled, giving fans a glimpse of the lead characters played by Moon Ga Young and Choi Hyun Wook. The poster sets the stage for a heartwarming rom-com that promises to bring back childhood memories with a twist.
My Dearest Nemesis tells the story of Baek Su Jung (Moon Ga Young) and Ban Joo Yeon (Choi Hyun Wook), who reunite after 16 years, reigniting old feelings from their childhood. The poster, released on January 11, 2024, showcases the two main characters in an intriguing office setting. Baek Su Jung, the headstrong team leader at Yongseong Department Store, is seen leaning casually against a desk with an air of confidence. Meanwhile, Ban Joo Yeon, her boss, is humorously depicted hiding beneath the desk, a playful nod to their past. On January 14, the official trailer for the Kdrama was released by tvN, exciting fans.

The desk is adorned with manhwa character posters, reflecting Ban Joo Yeon’s quirky passion for comics, which adds a cosy and personal touch to the otherwise formal office space. The poster also includes intriguing captions: Baek Su Jung’s reads, “My first love and most embarrassing past,” while Ban Joo Yeon’s states, “Meeting him again as my boss!”
Moon Ga Young’s character, Baek Su Jung, is known for her fearless attitude and is nicknamed the ‘Executive Killer’ for her boldness in standing up to her superiors. Choi Hyun Wook plays Ban Joo Yeon, a third-generation chaebol who hides a quirky alter ego, ‘Black Flame Dragon,’ while trying to prove himself as a capable heir to the family business. Set to premiere on February 17, 2025, My Dearest Nemesis will air on tvN, offering fans a mix of romance, humour and nostalgia.
