The video is said to be from the period when Chaitanya was still wedded to Samantha Ruth Prabhu. It was during the promotional activities for one of his movies when he was queried about past instances of cheating in relationships, to which he responded affirmatively. He can be heard saying, "Everyone should experience everything in life. That's when you grow up and figure out, okay I've had all experiences, now it's time to settle down."
As the video gained traction online, netizens condemned the actor, with some expressing solidarity with Samantha. "He got exactly what he deserved," a user said. Well, ot just this, some also criticized Samantha for cheating over Siddharth. "Well Samantha is also a social climber and cheater too, She cheated on Siddharth with Naga Chaitanya, that's how they got together. Siddharth is still mad about this even now and he posted a cryptic tweet about cheaters not prospering on her wedding day," said another user.
