Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan Trailer OUT: Shanaya Kapoor and Vikrant Massey will appear as the leads in the romantic tale Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan, which is scheduled for release on July 11. Based on Ruskin Bond's short story The Eyes Have It, the movie tells a story of love, deception, and beautiful silent emotions. The recently released trailer gives a glimpse of the unique storyline. Shanaya makes her acting debut as a theatre artist pretending to be blind, while Vikrant plays a blind musician.
Vikrant Massey shared the trailer on Instagram with a heartfelt caption that read, "In a world full of perfect love stories, @shanayakapoor02 and @vikrantmassey are bringing you one filled with Gustaakhiyan #AankhonKiGustaakhiyan Trailer Out Now. Come feel the love on 11th July in cinemas near you." Fans took to the comments section with praise and excitement, writing things like “Can’t wait!” and calling it “a refreshing love story.”

Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan Movie’s Plot
The trailer opens with playful interaction between the two leads and slowly builds into a romance fraught with complications due to secrets and lies. Shanaya's character is seen pretending to be blind even though she is already in love with someone else before she unexpectedly falls in love with Vikrant's character. The movie teases a dilemma on whether she will choose the truth and love or walk away?
In the meantime, in order to keep the excitement alive, the makers have shared lots of behind-the-scenes shooting videos and photos. Most recently, Shanaya shared a reel from her first outdoor shoot for the movie. In the video, Shanaya is dressed in a fantastic red dress and, yes, she was wearing a puffer jacket underneath because she was practically frozen to death on set! Her co-star Vikrant Massey was shown cheering her on during the cold, making for a cute moment off screen. Fans loved the video and flooded the reel with comments.

Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan Movie’s Team
The film’s second official poster and a teaser for its title track, sung by Jubin Nautiyal with music and lyrics by Vishal Mishra, have also been released. The soulful background score and poetic lyrics are expected to enhance the emotional tone of the film. Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan is produced by Zee Studios, Mini Films, and Open Window Films.

However, the romantic drama is also set to clash at the box office with Rajkummar Rao’s gangster drama Maalik, which releases on the same day.

Vikrant Massey, on the other hand after the success of 12th Fail, has become one of Bollywood’s most reliable actors. The actor is reportedly set to feature alongside Ranveer Singh in Don 3.
