Adolescence Beats Stranger Things 4: Adolescence has enthralled viewers worldwide since its March 13 premiere due to its compelling plot, which revolves around a teenage boy suspected of murder. After surpassing Stranger Things Season 4, the British limited series has now reached a significant milestone: it is currently the second most-watched English-language series on Netflix ever.
Adolescence received 141.2 million views on June 1st, barely 80 days after its premiere, according to Netflix's most recent viewership statistics. This almost surpassed the 140.7 million views that Stranger Things Season 4 received in its first 90 days of airing. Given that its official viewing window is still 11 days away, Adolescence is well-positioned to close the gap and establish its legacy on Netflix, at least for the time being.
Adolescence vs Stranger Things 4
Adolescence, the critically acclaimed show, explores the complex and emotional experiences of teenagers navigating the challenges of growing up. Viewers all throughout the world have fallen in love with it because of its honest storyline and powerful performances.
Stranger Things, on the other hand, is a popular science fiction thriller that takes place in the 1980s. As it centres on a group of children in the small town of Hawkins, the series combines nostalgic pop culture with otherworldly intrigue. They encounter supernatural forces and learn about government secrets.
