Kantara Chapter 1 Trailer Release Update: The anticipation surrounding Hombale Films' Kantara Chapter 1 starring Rishab Shetty has been reaching new heights with each passing day. The excitement is largely due to the phenomenal success of Kantara in 2022. Since then, the craze for Kantara Chapter 1 has only continued to grow. With the makers keeping fans on edge by dropping new updates and intriguing glimpses, a sense of mysticism surrounds the film. Its trailer has become one of the most highly anticipated events, which is set to launch tomorrow, September 22. The Hindi trailer of the film will be unveiled by Hrithik Roshan, while Sivakarthikeyan will present the Tamil version. Prithviraj Sukumaran will release the Malayalam trailer. Ahead of the trailer release, the makers dropped another teaser, promising a gripping journey through an epic saga.

The makers took to their social media and shared a thrilling teaser of Kantara: Chapter 1 ahead of the trailer release. The post read, "An epic saga carved in fire and faith. 1 DAY to go for #KantaraChapter1Trailer, releasing TOMORROW at 12:45 PM. In cinemas #KantaraChapter1onOct2." The new glimpses tease an intense battle and a journey beyond faith and fire, offering a look into what could become one of Indian cinema's most compelling and powerful mythological sagas.

Kantara Chapter 1 is one of Hombale Films’ most ambitious projects. Written and directed by Rishab Shetty, the film's creative team includes music director B. Ajaneesh Loknath, cinematographer Arvind Kashyap, and production designer Vinesh Banglan, each of whom has added their valuable inputs to make the film’s powerful visual and emotional narrative.
The film carries forward the legacy of the 2022 blockbuster Kantara, to match the craze, the makers have curated an extensive war sequence for Kantara Chapter 1, involving both national and international specialists. The sequence features over 500 skilled fighters and 3,000 people. The intense sequence was filmed in an entire town spanning 25 acres on rugged terrain, over a period of 45–50 days, making it one of the largest and most ambitious action sequences in the history of Indian cinema.

It will be released on September 22 at 12:45 PM and will be available to watch on the official Instagram, X and YouTube accounts of Homble Films.

Scheduled for a worldwide release on October 2, Kantara Chapter 1 will be released in multiple languages, including Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Bengali, and English. The film aims to reach audiences across languages and regions while remaining deeply rooted in its cultural core.
