Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was one of the dignitaries present at Sri Sathya Sai Baba's birth centenary celebrations on Tuesday in Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, cricket great Sachin Tendulkar, and federal ministers Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu and G Kishan Reddy were also present at the ceremony. Prior to speaking about caste, religion, and love, the former Miss World touched Modi's feet while she was seated on stage. Aishwarya Rai looked stunning in a stunning yellow ethnic ensemble for the event. She looked like a contemporary princess, with her hair flowing freely, daring earrings, and well applied makeup.
Aishwarya Rai said, "There is only one caste, the caste of humanity. There is only one religion, the religion of love. There is only one language, the language of the heart, and there is only one God, and he is omnipresent."
Aishwarya Rai acknowledged the widespread influence he had on his followers and expressed her sincere belief that his teachings are still applicable to them all, years after Sai Baba's death.
"On this historic and sacred occasion of the centenary celebrations of Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, my heart is filled with deep devotion and gratitude. Though a century might have passed since his birth, his presence, principles, teachings, and compassion continue to reverberate in the hearts of millions worldwide."

After thanking the PM for attending, Aishwarya Rai expressed her excitement for hearing his motivational remarks. "I extend a heartfelt thank you to our Prime Minister for attending this centenary celebration. I am looking forward to listening to your wise words, impactful and inspiring as always, to enthral us this morning. Your presence here adds sanctity to this celebration and reminds us of Swami’s message. That true leadership is service, and service to man is service to God."
Sathya Sai Baba was a philanthropist and religious leader. He fled home at the age of 14, claiming to be Shirdi Sai Baba's reincarnation. Unfortunately, he passed away in 2011.
