Hrithik Roshan’s War 2 is one of the most anticipated movies of 2025, featuring a strong star cast including Jr NTR and Kiara Advani. The movie is set to release on August 14, 2025. Ayan Mukerji’s newly released trailer gives a sneak peek into the action-packed drama with a blend of romance and patriotism. Several Bollywood celebrities showed their enthusiasm towards War 2’s trailer. But Alia Bhatt’s interesting Instagram post took all the attention.

Alia Bhatt will soon be seen in the YRF universe in he upcoming movie called Alpha. Sharvari Wagh will also be costarring with her. The SOTY actress posted Hrithik Roshan starrer War 2’s trailer on her Instagram story and wrote, "Mazedaaaaaaaar." She also mentioned, "See you on the 14th. In a cinema near meee," which indirectly hinted at her Alpha’s cameo in the movie.

This playful text by Alia Bhatt has sparked rumours among netizens as they assume War 2 might feature Alia Bhatt and Sharvari Wagh in its post-credit scenes. According to a report in India Today, the cameo portion was shot earlier this year under strict security measures. And very few members from the crew were available on the set to maintain the secrecy.

Helmed by Shiv Rawail, the story of Alpha remains largely undisclosed. Reportedly, Alia Bhatt and Sharwari Wagh have started filming for the movie. Allegedly, both actresses are undergoing rigorous training to deliver a visual spectacle and are spending a lot of time in rehearsal studios, gyms, and practice sessions to give their best performance.

The makers announced the release date of Alpha last year in October and shared a post with the caption, "On Christmas 2025, #ALPHA will rise! Get ready for an action-packed holiday... 25th Dec, 2025."

Meanwhile, Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR starrer War 2 has locked Independence Day for its worldwide release. The trailer was dropped on Friday, July 25, showing Hrithik return as Major Kabir against Jr NTR's character. "It will not be easy to take sides in this War. #War2Trailer is out! #War2 releasing in Hindi, Telugu & Tamil on August 14th in cinemas worldwide!" the actor wrote, sharing the trailer.
