All five members of NewJeans are expected to return to their label, ADOR, according to a statement released by members Hanni, Danielle and Minji. Their announcement came shortly after the label had stated that only Hyein and Haerin would be rejoining the agency, sparking speculation among fans about a potential disbandment. ADOR has not yet officially confirmed whether all five members will resume their association with the label.

The five-member group announced last year that they were leaving the agency, citing mistreatment and manipulation. Since then, NewJeans has been locked in a legal battle with Ador.

Last month, a South Korean court upheld NewJeans’ contract with ADOR, valid until 2029, though the group announced plans to appeal. The dispute has shaken the Kpop industry, known for its strict label control over artists. ADOR operates as a subsidiary of HYBE, South Korea’s leading music label behind global acts like BTS.

In a statement on X, Adore wrote, "Hyein and Haerin had decided to respect the court's latest ruling after thoughtful consideration with their respective families and thorough discussions with ADOR. We request the warm support from the fans and respectfully urge you to avoid engaging in unfounded speculation regarding the members."

Hanni, Danielle, and Minji later announced their decision to return to ADOR "after careful discussion." They explained that the news was delayed as one member is currently in Antarctica, adding that they issued a separate statement since the label had not yet responded. The members assured fans they would continue to deliver heartfelt music and performances.
