The much-anticipated trailer of Dhadak 2 starring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Triptii Dimri has been unveiled. The gripping love story of two law students, madly in love, faces challenges from the world that tries to break them apart. Since then, it has been showered with love and appreciation from fans and members of the industry. Joining the list, Amitabh Bachchan has reviewed it and sent his good wishes to the Dhadak 2 cast and team.

Taking to his X handle, Big B shared the trailer of Siddhant Chaturvedi and Triptii Dimri along with a message that read, "T 5440 – All good wishes .."

About Dhadak 2 Plot

Siddhant Chaturvedi plays Neelesh, a young man navigating the harsh realities of identity, caste, and survival within societal boundaries. He faces challenges in college due to being from a Hindi-medium background and also struggles in his personal life. His life takes a turn with the entry of Vidhi, played by Triptii Dimri. They eventually fall madly in love with each other but soon face challenges from society due to being from different castes.

The trailer showcases a palpable chemistry between Siddhant and Triptii, fueled by unspoken emotions, silent resistance and raw vulnerability. The movie stars Ashish Chaudhary, Manjiri Pupala, Vipin Sharma, Ashwant Lodhi, Amit Jaat, Priyank Tiwari, Mayank Khanna and Aditya Thakare in supporting roles alongside Siddhant and Triptii. It has been written by Rahul Badwelkar and Shazia Iqbal, and directed by Shazia Iqbal. The list of producers includes Karan Johar, Umesh Kumar Bansal, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Meenu Aroraa, Somen Mishra and Pragati Deshmukh. It is backed under the banners of Dharma Productions, Zee Studios, and Cloud 9 Pictures. Dhadak 2 is slated to hit the silver screens on August 1.

The trailer of Dhadak 2 indicates the streaming platform. Following its theatrical release, the romantic drama will be available for streaming on the OTT giant Netflix. However, the date and other digital premiere details are yet to be announced by the makers.
