Anunay Sood, a popular travel influencer, passed away at the age of 32. The influencer’s community has been mourning the sudden demise of the younstar. Sood’s family confirmed the news of the death through an Instagram post, urging privacy at the critical time. This came as a shock to many, as two days before he shared some glimpses from his fantastic week surrounded by dream machines and legends. The influencer posted several pictures from Las Vegas’s Concours at Wynn, which is an exclusive ultra-luxury automotive event that showcases some of the world’s rarest and most beautiful cars. His last post has been going viral on social media.
While sharing some glimpses from the event, Anunay Sood wrote, “Still can’t believe I spent the weekend surrounded by legends and dream machines. Which one would you take for a spin??” The comment section of the post has been turned off. However, the post garnered over 79k likes. Notably, the post featured Sood posing with other car enthusiasts and legends. He also posed with Horacio Pagani, founder of Pagani Automobili.

Apart from his Instagram post, Sood also posted a YouTube video, which featured “Exploring the Hidden Side of Switzerland/Places Tourists Never Visit.” The post was made on November 3. The video showcased his love for uncovering off-beat path destinations.
Anunay Sood used to capture travel photos, cinematic reels. He emotionally resonated with storytelling that connected deeply with his followers. The influencer had 1.4 million followers on Instagram and 380,000 subscribers on YouTube. Through his work, Sood travelled to over 46 countries as part of a mission to visit 195 countries and regions worldwide. He was in the list of Forbes India’s Top 100 Digital Stars for three consecutive years, including 2022, 2023 and 2024. Apart from the influencer’s career, he ran a marketing firm based in Dubai.

The cause of Anunay Sood’s death is yet to be disclosed. While announcing the news of his death, Sood’s family and friends urged the fans and followers not to gather in front of his personal property. The post was made today on Instagram.
