Fardeen Khan married Natasha Madhvani, daughter of veteran actress Mumtaz, in 2005. The wedding was a grand affair. Over the years, the couple have kept their relationship away from the public. Facing several personal challenges, the reports emerged in 2023 that Fardeen and Natasha were living separately. There were also rumours that they were planning to divorce. Amid such speculations, Mumtaz broke her silence on her daughter and son-in-law's marital status. She cleared all the rumours by stating that they are still husband and wife.

Reacting to divorce rumours, Mumtaz told ETimes,“They are saying they are separating but they aren’t still divorced. I love Fardeen a lot. He was born in front of me. They are still husband and wife."

The actress added, “Nothing serious has happened. Maybe they don’t get along anymore. Every marriage has ups and downs. They are too old; they won’t listen to me. Sometimes people don’t get along with each other. Arguments hote hai. Natasha and Fardeen should not divorce, as they have kids. And I have seen Fardeen is a good father. He shifts his shooting days according to their schedule. He respects me to date. I don’t know what they want to do. Even if they divorce, they won’t be separated due to their kids."

Fardeen Khan and Natasha Madhwani's parents played the cupid in their relationship, as they were close friends. The couple tied the knot on December 14, 2005. However, their path to parenthood was not an easy one, as they faced several struggles. After Fardeen's father-actor Firoz Khan passed away in 2009, the couple went through a difficult time, including the miscarriage of twins via IVF in 2011. Even though the couple welcomed their children, Diani Isabella in 2013 and Azarius in 2017 but their marital life took an emotional toll.
