Hansika Motwani, known for her roles in Shaka Laka Boom Boom, Koi Mil Gaya, and Aambala, is currently making headlines due to speculation about her marriage. The 33-year-old actress has reportedly removed most of her wedding photos and videos with husband Sohael Katuriya, leading to rumours of an impending divorce after three years of marriage. Additionally, reports suggest that the Koi Mil Gaya actress has been residing with her mother. However, the couple has not yet officially confirmed any of these reports.

Hansika Motwani and Sohael Katuriya married in a lavish ceremony in December 2022 that was also documented in the reality web series Hansika’s Love Shaadi Drama which premiered on JioHotstar. Fans have noticed that nearly most of Hansika's posts featuring Sohael have vanished, and she hasn't shared new online content since July 18. However, a few images and videos of them together remain. Additionally, Sohael Khaturiya, who has been inactive online since 2023, has also made his profile private.

Meanwhile, Hansika Motwani's wedding to Sohael Khaturiya was a high-profile event, with Sohael proposing under the Eiffel Tower in Paris earlier in 2022. While Hansika herself remained unresponsive to these speculations, Sohael directly addressed the report of her staying with her mother to news portal Hindustan Times with a text message which stated, "It's not true." 

On the other hand, Hansika and Sohael before getting married were acquaintances. Sohael who was previously married to Rinky Bajaj, was reportedly a close friend of Hansika. Furthermore, Hansika’s brother and Sohael had been friends for many years, suggesting a close-knit circle that now faces strain due to current marital issues. Addressing her marriage Hanshika had earlier reportedly said, “Just because I knew the person at that time doesn’t mean it was my fault. I have nothing to do with this. Because I am a public figure, it was very easy for people to point at me and make me the villain. This was a price I paid for being a celebrity."

Despite the ongoing silence from Hansika Motwani and Sohael Khaturiya regarding their rumoured divorce, fans eagerly await a public statement from the couple addressing the speculation about their marriage.
