Vijay Deverakonda-Rashmika Mandanna Marriage: South Indian stars Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are once again making headlines, this time for their rumoured wedding plans. Reports suggest that the much-loved Dear Comrade duo are set to marry on February 26, 2026, in a grand yet intimate ceremony in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The news comes just a month after the couple reportedly got engaged in a private ceremony at Vijay’s Hyderabad residence on October 3, 2025. The engagement was attended only by close friends and family, keeping it a low-key affair. While neither actor has confirmed the wedding date officially, several reports have hinted that preparations for the big day are already underway.
According to reports, the wedding will be a blend of South Indian and Rajasthani traditions, reflecting both Rashmika and Vijay’s cultural roots. Fans first began speculating about their engagement when Rashmika was spotted wearing a sparkling diamond ring in a video with her pet dog, Aura. Around the same time, Vijay was also seen wearing a similar ring during his visit to the Sri Sathya Sai Baba Maha Samadhi in Andhra Pradesh. Adding to the buzz, during a promotional interview for her recent film Thamma, Rashmika smiled when asked about the rumours and said, “Everyone is aware about it.” Her response was enough to send the internet into a frenzy, with fans eagerly awaiting an official announcement.

Meanwhile, Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna’s relationship has long been the subject of speculation, ever since their remarkable on-screen chemistry in Geetha Govindam (2018) and Dear Comrade (2019) won audiences’ hearts. Their bond appeared stronger than ever when Vijay lent his voice for the teaser of Rashmika’s upcoming movie The Girlfriend, which fans saw as a sweet sign of support.

On the work front, Rashmika Mandanna will next be seen in The Girlfriend, a Telugu film directed by Rahul Sadashivan, co-starring Dheekshith Shetty. Vijay Deverakonda, on the other hand, is set to appear in a film opposite Keerthy Suresh, directed by Ravi Kiran Kola and produced by Sri Venkateswara Creations, tentatively titled SVC59. The couple are also expected to reunite on screen for Rahul Sankrityan’s upcoming period drama, reportedly set against the backdrop of British India in the 1800s.
