The clip has drawn widespread attention, with many people calling it a rare and heartwarming cultural moment in Pakistan. For many online users, the idea of the film being shown inside a Pakistani temple represents hope, unity, and respect between communities. Despite political differences between India and Pakistan, viewers felt the video symbolised shared cultural roots.
The now-viral video, originally shared on Instagram by a social media content creator, shows a large group of people sitting inside the Swaminarayan Temple and watching the animated film on a big projector screen. Text on the video says, “First time ever in Pakistan. Many viewers reacted emotionally to the video, calling it ‘historic’ and ‘beautiful.’ Several users filled the comment sections with devotional chants like ‘Om Namah Bhagavate Vasudevaya,’ praising the moment as a positive example of cultural harmony. The video gained even more attention after being reshared by platforms such as Times Now, which described the event as a meaningful moment for the Hindu community in Karachi. Despite the excitement, there is still no official confirmation from the temple authorities or mainstream Pakistani media. It remains unclear whether the screening was formally organised by the temple administration or if it was a private gathering held inside the premises. As of now, the claim remains unverified, but the visuals have still managed to spark conversation about religious coexistence and shared cultural heritage.
