Bigg Boss 19 Week 2 Nominations: The premiere of Bigg Boss 19 has garnered significant attention, and its inaugural Weekend Ka Vaar delivered an unexpected twist for both the audience and participants. Despite Salman Khan's prior commitment to disclose the first eliminated contestant, he surprisingly declared that no eviction would occur in the show's opening week. While this decision somewhat disheartened fans, the nominated contestants were visibly thrilled, receiving an extended opportunity in the Bigg Boss house. This development reinforced the showrunners' pre-launch hints about Season 19 being replete with surprises.

In the first week, the nominated contestants included Gaurav Khanna, Neelam Giri, Pranit More, Tanya Mittal, Abhishek Bajaj, and Natalia. The voting trends suggested that Natalia and Neelam were in the bottom two, and Neelam was the most likely to get evicted. But in the end, the makers decided otherwise. According to a report in Filmibeat, “The makers scrapped the elimination as they wanted to give another chance to the contestants. First week evictions are usually scrapped. Considering the show will run for five months, expect new twists every week.”

Week 2 Nominations Begin

Meanwhile, as the second week began, the nomination process was introduced with a new twist inside the Room of Faith. According to a viral tweet, three contestants in the red triangle were at risk, while those in the green triangle had to pick one nominee from the red group. The tweet revealed that Awez Darbar, Baseer Ali, and Nagma Mirajkar were first in the red zone, with Awez ending up nominated. Reports suggest that Amaal Malik, Tanya Mittal, Kunickaa Sadanand, Mridul Tiwari, and Awez have all been nominated for eviction this week. However, the official announcement from the makers is still awaited.

On the other hand, Ashnoor Kaur has secured immunity this week. After the removal of Kunickaa Sadanand as captain, Ashnoor benefitted and managed to stay safe from nominations. This has increased curiosity among fans about how the dynamics will now shift inside the house. Additionally, during the Weekend Ka Vaar, Salman Khan addressed Awez Darbar directly, giving him a strong reality check. The host criticised him for being too silent and inactive inside the house, reminding him that Bigg Boss is a show where participation matters.

With the game heating up in week two, all eyes are on the next eviction. If performance and contribution are taken into account, Awez could be in danger. But if fan votes on JioHotstar come to his rescue, then names like Kunickaa Sadanand might face a bigger risk.
