Just hours after premiere night, influencer Rakshitha Shetty became the first contestant to be evicted on the very first day of the show. Her early elimination sparked a widespread debate online with both criticism and appeals for her return. It seems it was heard, Rakshitha re-entered the BBK12 house during the weekend episode. Week 1 of Sudeep's show wrapped up with yet another twist, a double eviction. Amit and Karibasappa were eliminated from the show.

Bigg Boss Kannada 12: Nominated Contestants

Five contestants landed in the danger zone. The solo nominations included Dhanush Gowda and Mallamma. The nominated pairs were Abhishek and Ashwini S, Gilli and Kavya, and Amit and Karibasappa.

Bigg Boss Kannada 12 Double Eviction

During the elimination process, the pair Amit and Karibasappa was evicted from the show. Both stayed in BBK12 for a brief period. Kichcha Sudeep warned the housemates to "expect the unexpected" in the coming weeks.

Bigg Boss Kannada 12: Two finales

There will be two finales in the show. As announced by Bigg Boss, the first finale will happen in the third week. There is a possibility of mass elimination after the third week's finale. The elimination may take place in groups rather than the one-at-a-time usual format. This will be the first time, as there has never been a mass elimination in the history of Bigg Boss Kannada.

Season 12 of Bigg Boss Kannada brought an interesting mix of contestants, including well-known faces from the entertainment industry and the digital space. This season also introduced the theme Onti vs Jenti (Solo vs Duo), where contestants entered the house either as solo or in pairs, based on audience votes. Bigg Boss Kannada 12 house features Cockroach Sudhi, Manju Bhasini, Mallamma, Kavya Shaiva, Gilli Nata, Jhanvi, Dhanush Gowda, Ashwini Gowda, Abhishek Srikanth, Spandana Somanna, Dog Satish, Rashika Shetty, RJ Amit Pawar, Chandraprabha, Ashwini, Mallu Nipanal and Dhruvanth.
