Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 8 Day 7 marked the arrival of the first wildcard entries. Agnipareeksha finalists Shibna and Tashi Raj entered as one on the Mohanlal-hosted show. The news comes following three evictions by the end of the first week.

Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 8 Wildcard Entry

Commoners Shibna and Tashi Raj have entered the Bigg Boss Malayalam 8 house together. The duo will compete as one single contestant. Yes, you read this right!

Shibna is a model, while Tashi Raj works as a digital strategist. Both were earlier part of Bigg Boss Malayalam Agnipareeksha, the commoner selection process held ahead of Season 8.

Shibna said she's feeling overwhelmed. "Lots and lots of happiness, Laletta. On the premiere day, we left the stage in tears, and now we are here. Proud."

According to Tashi, it seemed like a historic occasion. "It is for the first time that two Agnipareeksha contestants are entering the house and that too on the first day. It's our time to repay the people who supported us throughout Agnipareeksha."

He added, "Yes, we're entering as one contestant, despite being the North Pole and South Pole. We call ourselves the double barrel combo."

The duo's arrival is expected to bring a fresh twist to the game. Their entry comes after three contestants — Gayathri Suresh, Dhanya, also known as Kaali, and Rini Ann George — were evicted during its opening week.

With this, Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 8 wraps up its first week, which saw nominations, public voting and three evictions.

Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 8 Agnipareeksha

Agnipareeksha served as the platform for selecting commoner contestants for Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 8. Four contestants chosen through the process had already made it to the main house.

They are Eldho George, Rakesh Jacob, Loletta Loryne Rodrigues and Shijin S.

Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 8 Evictions

Gayathri Suresh became the first contestant to leave the show on Day 2. Her eviction followed a decision by the house leader and was not based on the usual public voting process.

Dhanya, also known as Kaali, was eliminated on Day 6, following public votes. Rini Ann George was the next to exit. She was also evicted through public voting.

Tashi Raj and Shibna have joined them as the new combined wild card contestants.
