BTS ARMY recently received great news about their favourite music band. Reportedly, the seven-member group was gearing up to participate in the Michael Jackson Tribute Album to give a surprise to their fans. Rumours were also rife that BTS had visited Grouse Lodge Studios in Ireland. The Irish Sun reported that according to Paddy Dunning, the owner of the studios, BTS has already recorded one of the tracks. However, on August 5, 2025, BTS’s agency BIGHIT MUSIC released an official statement denying all such claims.
BIGHIT MUSIC took to their official X (Twitter) handle to refute all the false claims and shared that BTS had never visited Grouse Lodge Studios or recorded any songs for the tribute album. The agency also clarified that the Korean boy band had no connection with this project. Towards the end, the agency thanked the BTS ARMY for constantly showing their support.
BIGHIT MUSIC’S Official Statement:
“Hello! This is BIGHIT MUSIC.
We would like to address recent media reports concerning BTS' alleged participation in a Michael Jackson tribute album.
BTS has neither visited Grouse Lodge Studio in Ireland nor taken part in any recording sessions at the location for the mentioned project. The group is not involved in the tribute album in any capacity.
We are continuing to take appropriate measures to prevent the spread of inaccurate information.
We express our sincere gratitude to fans for continuously showing support for BTS.
We remain fully committed to supporting the artists and their endeavours.
Thank you.”
