BTS star Jimin is making headlines again but this time for his playful behaviour on Instagram. The Kpop singer, who has been serving in the military, is now back and active on social media. Known for his fun-loving personality, Jimin has been giving fans plenty of laughs lately. On July 31, he deleted yet another popular Instagram post, a funny caricature of himself drawn by fellow BTS member Jungkook.

Earlier, he removed the famous ‘egg’ post that he had shared just before his military enlistment in November 2023. That picture, though simple, had become iconic among fans. When Kpop star Jimin deleted it, many were shocked. But he took to Weverse to share his thoughts and said, “Wow, it's so relaxing to remove the egg picture on Instagram.” Now, with Jungkook’s marker drawing also gone, fans are wondering what’s going on in Jimin’s mind.

Meanwhile, now fans speculate that Jimin is working on changing the way his Instagram looks. Many fans believe he’s trying to keep the number of posts below 100 for a more polished profile. One fan wrote on X (formerly Twitter), “I guess he's taking his Instagram era seriously now.” Another added, “He wants a serious profile.” Reactions ranged from laughter to mild heartbreak, as one fan stated, “I’m gonna get traumatised.” Despite the mixed emotions, many understood that Jimin is simply trying to give his page a fresh, more thoughtful vibe.

On the other hand, Jimin shared a sweet moment with a tiny cat on his Instagram Story. He revealed that the video was taken a month ago. In the clip, he gently pets the grey-striped kitten and said “be well” in the background. A few days earlier, he posted another video of himself following a kitten around. Though Jimin is allergic to cat fur, his love for them is well known. Fans often link him to cats, especially after his solo song “Serendipity,” which mentions a calico cat.

Jimin is currently in the US with his BTS bandmates, working on their upcoming comeback album, expected to release in spring 2026.
