Champions On OTT: Aamir Khan is all set to make his comeback on screen after almost three years with the much-anticipated movie Sitaare Zameen Par, a sequel to his 2007 classic Taare Zameen Par. On May 13, the makers released the trailer, which garnered backlash as netizens noticed its similarity to Woody Harrelson's Champions, an English remake of the 2018 Spanish movie Campeones. Champions On OTT: Where To Watch Woody Harrelson's Movie
The Hollywood remake of Campeones, titled similarly to the original as Champions, starred Woody Harrelson in the lead role. Helmed by Bobby Farrelly in his solo directorial debut, with a screenplay penned by Mark Rizzo. The film was released in 2023 and received a positive response from the audience at the box office. Champions is accessible to stream on JioHotstar.
The original Spanish movie Campeones is available to stream on Amazon Prime Video, but it is not accessible to Indian viewers.

They claimed the Aamir starrer is a frame-by-frame copy and demands a boycott. The trailer has ignited a debate online with mixed opinions. Directed by RS Prasanna, Sitaare Zameen Par also stars Geneli D'Souza Deshmukh, Gopi Krishna Varma, Samvit Desai, Vedant Sharma, Ayush Bhansali, Ashish Pendse, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Naman Mishra and Simran Mangeshkar. The movie is scheduled to hit theatres on June 20, 2025.
