The narrative, which is set in the turbulent 1990s, centers on Mumbai port tycoon Satya Dada (Prakash Raj), whose empire is threatened by the cunning Mirajkar (Tej Sapru) and his headstrong son Jimmy (Sudhev Nair). Jimmy erupts into rage after a missing explosives container causes chaos, killing everyone—including Satya Dada's younger son. However, Omi Bhau (Emraan Hashmi), a brutal gangster who wants the container, is the biggest surprise.

A once-feared criminal lord who is currently living in exile, Ojas Gambheera, better known as OG (Pawan Kalyan), is the center of attention as the city spirals out of control. He reluctantly goes back to Mumbai, setting the stage for a torrent of retaliation. How is OG related to Satya Dada, who is he, and why did he vanish?
