De De Pyaar De 2 First Look: Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh are set to bring back the sequel to the hit romantic comedy drama. The makers surprised fans by unveiling the first motion poster and announcing the release date of De De Pyaar De 2. In the motion poster, Ajay’s character can be seen jumping out of a car as Rakul Preet’s family tries to throw him out. This time, the story will be about how Ajay’s character Ashish tries to convince Rakul’s family to get married. The movie is all set to be released in theatres on November 14.

While sharing the motion poster, Ajay Devgn wrote on Instagram, “Pyaar ka sequel hai crucial! Kya Ashish ko milega Ayesha ke parents ka approval? 🫣 #PyaarVsParivaar #DeDePyaarDe2 in cinemas 14th November, 2025.” Fans have showcased their excitement on the sequel of the hit movie’s first motion poster. A user said, “My favourite movie De De Pyar De.” Another wrote, “I love you so much unlimited.” A comment read, “Ajay sir sequels bhot hai, De De Pyaar De 2, Raid 2 aur Son Of Sardaar 2.” Another fan said, “Double the fun, double the madness!” A comment read, “i was waiting for it finaallly.”

Apart from Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh, De De Pyaar De 2 also features R. Madhavan, Meezaan Jafri, Gautami Kapoor, Ishita Dutta, and Jaaved Jaaferi in significant roles. It has been directed by Anshul Sharma and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Luv Ranjan, and Ankur Garg.

Talking about De De Pyaar De, the movie showed how a middle-aged man falls in love with a girl of his daughter’s age. It shows how he tries to convince his family about their relationship. The film also starred Tabu, Jimmy Shergill, Alok Nath, Jaaved Jaaferi, Madhumalti Kapoor, Bhavin Bhanushali and Kumud Mishra in pivotal roles. The 2019 movie had a box office collection of Rs 143 crore at that time. The film was making buzz for its storyline and performances.
