Delhi Crime Season 3 Teaser Out: Netflix’s acclaimed crime drama Delhi Crime is returning with its third season, and this time it takes viewers into the grim world of human trafficking. Shefali Shah is back as DCP Vartika Singh, fondly known to fans as ‘Madam Sir.’ Known for her calm strength and fierce sense of justice, Vartika has faced dangerous criminals before, but this new case tests her like never before. Her latest rival is ‘Badi Didi’, played by Huma Qureshi, a powerful woman who runs a human trafficking network built on the pain of others.
Netflix shared the teaser on its Instagram handle with the caption, “Beyond reason, beyond borders. Ek aisa case jo har hadd paar karega. Watch Delhi Crime Season 3, out 13 November, only on Netflix.” Set to premiere on November 13, 2025, Delhi Crime Season 3 explores how human trafficking operates in the shadows of bustling cities. The story begins with the discovery of an abandoned baby and soon unravels a horrifying trade that crosses borders. DCP Vartika and her team follow a trail that leads them to Meena, or Badi Didi, a feared trafficker whose influence stretches across the country.

Speaking about returning to her iconic role, Shefali Shah said, “Playing Vartika feels deeply personal. She’s fighting an enemy that doesn’t just live in the dark alleys but hides in plain sight. Even if it means saving just one life, she keeps going.” Meanwhile, Huma Qureshi, making her Delhi Crime debut, described her character as “powerful yet unsettling.” She added, “Badi Didi is shaped by trauma but controls others through fear. She’s both a victim and a perpetrator, and that duality was challenging to portray. The show doesn’t glorify crime, it shows its harsh reality.”
Directed by Tanuj Chopra, the new season brings back familiar faces including Rasika Dugal, Rajesh Tailang, Jaya Bhattacharya, and Anuraag Arora. The series also welcomes Sayani Gupta, Mita Vasisht, Kelly Dorji, and Anshumaan Pushkar in key roles. The writing team features Anu Singh Choudhary, Apoorva Bakshi, Michael Hogan, Mayank Tiwari, and Shubhra Swarup. Produced by Golden Karavan and SK Global Entertainment, Delhi Crime continues its trademark style of presenting real-world issues through gripping police investigations.
