Detective Ujjwalan Actor Kalabhavan Navas Found Dead In Hotel Room In Kochi

Malayalam actor Kalabhavan Navas, who was recently seen in Detective Ujjwalan, found dead at a hotel in Chottanikkara, Kochi, on August 1. As per PTI, a hotel staff member alerted authorities after finding him in an unconscious state. The actor was taken to a nearby hospital as soon as possible. Doctors pronounced him dead, as per a police report to PTI. The police suspected a cardiac arrest. Kalabhavan Navas’s post-mortem is set to be conducted at Kalamassery’s Government Medical College Hospital on Saturday to know the cause of death, as per The Hindu report.

Kalabhavan’s body will be released to his family after the post-mortem. At present, Kalabhavan Navas’s body is at SD Tata hospital in Chottanikkara. A report by Manorama News suggest that the actor was at a hotel for the shooting of the Malayalam film Prakambanam. He was about to check out on Friday evening, but he was not in senses at that time, when he didn't came out for check out in the reception. Police stated that there were no suspicious item in his room.
