Sardaar Ji 3 Success: Sardaar Ji 3 starring Diljit Dosanjh has been receiving a positive response at its overseas release since June 27, despite the ongoing controversy. The film has achieved an impressive feat, earning Rs 18. 1 crore at the worldwide box office. The movie has been under scrutiny following the casting of Pakistani actress Hania Aamir in the Punjabi horror comedy. Overwhelmed with the response, Diljit shared his excitement on social media.

Diljit Dosanjh On Sardaar Ji 3 Overseas Records

Diljit took to his Instagram handle and dropped a series of photos of himself in a white kurta pyjama and posing while flaunting his signature moustache inside and outside the private jet. Along with the post, he wrote, "SARDAAR JI 3 Smashing Records Overseas."

Soon after his post, some users showed their support in the comments section. One user wrote, "Rabb tuhade naal aa... remember criticism comes with success we need to be deaf at it omly then we can move ahead in life! God bless you dear Diljit ji." About Sardaar Ji 3 Controversy

The cast and team of Sardaar Ji 3 have been facing criticism for collaborating with Pakistani actors, including Hania Aamir, Nasir Chinyoti, Daniel Khawar and Saleem Albela. From the demand for a ban by FWICE to support from the actors such as Naseeruddin Shah, the controversy has taken new twists and turns. The Punjabi actor also faced backlash from his colleagues in the music industry, including Mika Singh.

Troll not only attacked Diljit but also his supporters. Naseeruddin deleted his post after receiving backlash over it. He lent his support to Diljit in his Facebook post, which read, "I STAND FIRMLY WITH DILJIT. The dirty tricks deptt of Jumla Party has been awaiting a chance to attack him. They think they’ve got it at last. He was not responsible for the casting of the film, the director was. But no one knows who he is whereas Diljit is known the world over, and he agreed to the cast because his mind is not poisoned. What these goons want is to put an end to personal interaction between the people of India and Pakistan. I have close relatives and some dear friends there and no one can stop me from meeting them or sending them love whenever i feel like it. And my response to those who will say Go to Pakistan is Go To Kailasa."
