Dude Box Office Collection Day 1: Pradeep Ranganathan and Mamitha Baiju starrer Tamil action romantic comedy drama released in theatres on October 17 in Tamil and Telugu languages. The film received positive reviews from the audience and the critics. Dude opened with good numbers at the box office, surpassing Kantara Chapter 1’s Friday collection, which earned Rs 8.50 crore on the same day. It seems the film is set to break several records in the coming days. Its fate will depend on the film’s collection over the festive weekend.

As per Sacnilk, Dude earned Rs 10 crore on the opening day. The film had an overall 48.85 per cent Tamil occupancy on Friday. It had 33.94 per cent occupancy in the morning shows, 45.75 per cent in the afternoon shows, 46.17 per cent in the evening shows and 69.53 per cent in the night shows. On the same day, the film had 49.61 per cent Telugu occupancy on Friday.

What Is The Budget Of Dude Movie?

As per reports, the film has been made on a budget of Rs 25-30 crore.

 

What Is The Plot Of Dude?

The movie is about two individuals, Agan and Kural, who have been part of each other's life since they can remember. When they step into the news phase in their lives, and an unforeseen challenge comes their way to test their understanding of themselves. This led them to embark on the journey of growth, choices and change. Dude movie stars Pradeep Ranganathan, Sarath Kumar, Mamitha Baiju, Hridhu Haroon and Rohini Molleti in pivotal roles. It has been directed by Keerthiswaran and backed by Naveen Yerneni, Ravi Shankar Yalamanchili. The movie has a runtime of 2 hours and 19 minutes.

He said, “I am incredibly pleased to see that viewers are enjoying the film; it fills me with joy as this is my inaugural Diwali release. I plan to watch the film again with the audience during the Diwali celebrations.”
