GlobeTrotter: After much anticipation, Priyanka Chopra’s powerful first look as Mandakini from SS Rajamouli’s upcoming film GlobeTrotter (tentatively titled SSMB 29) has finally been unveiled. The announcement marks her grand comeback to Indian cinema after several years, and fans couldn’t be more thrilled. While details about GlobeTrotter remain under wraps, reports suggest that the film blends mythology, adventure, and global exploration inspired by African expeditions.
Sharing the poster on social media, Rajamouli welcomed Priyanka back with the caption, “The woman who redefined Indian Cinema on the global stage. Welcome back, Desi Girl!” The film, which also stars Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran, promises to be one of Rajamouli’s most ambitious projects yet. In the striking first-look poster, Priyanka Chopra appears in a dramatic new avatar, dressed in a mustard-yellow saree and wielding a gun as she stands poised on the edge of a cliff. Sharing the look, Priyanka wrote, “She’s more than what meets the eye… say hello to Mandakini.”

Meanwhile, the poster quickly took social media by storm, with fans praising her fierce look and Rajamouli’s signature grandeur. One fan commented, “Priyanka as Mandakini in Rajamouli’s world? Rajamouli also introduced Prithviraj Sukumaran as Kumbha, the film’s antagonist, describing him as “sinister and ruthless.”

On the other hand, makers have announced a grand event at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad, on November 15, 2025, where the official title and first teaser of GlobeTrotter will be revealed. The event will be live-streamed on JioHotstar, allowing fans across the world to join in. As excitement builds, GlobeTrotter is shaping up to be one of the most awaited Indian films.
