Govinda headlined the 90s dominated by his top-notch performances. His movies, including Aunty No. 1, Coolie No. 1, Raju Babu, Shola Aur Shabhnam and many more, cemented his place in the hearts of the public. Actors' lives may appear glamourous, but their line of work presents numerous challenges for both them and their families. Govinda's wife, Sunita Ahuja just talked about the difficulties of being actor's wife.

Govinda's wife Sunita, who is renowned for speaking her mind without fear of controversy, revealed that she spent much of his time with co-stars. Speaking to Instant Bollywood, she said, "Ek hero ki biwi hona, aapko patthar ka dil banana padta hai. Aap dekhte ho hero humare se zyada to heroine logo ke saath rehte hain. Jab delivery hua mera, tab Govinda zyada tar outdoor mein hi rehte the. Main to apni mother-in-law ke saath rehti thi. Chhote baby ko leke to aap travel nahi kar sakte ho."

Speaking about trust in a relationship, Govinda's wife acknowledged that a person's life will be ruined if they don't trust their partner. She emphasised the importance of preventing anxieties from taking control, particularly in a long-term marriage. "Agar aap sochte ho nahi ye jaake ye kar raha hai, vo kar raha hai, toh aapka zindagi khatam ho jayega, kharaab ho jayega. Fir aap 30-40 saal kaha nibhaoge?" she shared.

Additionally, Sunita Ahuja also talked about embracing motherhood and disclosed that the actor wasn't present. She revealed that when she gave birth to their children Tina and Yashvardhan, he was primarily away on projects. Because she was unable to go with their young children at the time, Sunita Ahuja noted, she was staying with her mother-in-law. For the unversed, Govinda married Sunita Ahuja in 1987.
